For a direct and dedicated approach to personal fitness, Hero Performance provides boot camp sessions. These intense workout sessions are designed for strength building and fitness in group intervals over an hour long session. We work on your core, building strength through various weight lifting opportunities as well as push-ups and sit-ups, working on your cardio with sprints and jogs, and completing the training with a cooldown period.
